A weekend in Virginia

This pas weekend we got to visit our supporting church and dear friends in VA. It was a lot of fun for a last minute trip. I really didn't take any pics cause it was just a rainy dark weekend.

Even though it was last minute we were able to eat both breakfast and lunch on Saturday with different parts of the Zoller/Sauder families. After lunch we took some time to check out main street in Leesburg. It was kinda cool old antique shops, little museum's and gift shops.

Please be praying for a couple at the Mt. Hope church he just found out he has bone cancer and is just beginning to learn what the prognosis and treatment plan will be. While he seems very positive and is looking for the Lord's direction in his life his family is very worried. Even though you don't know them please keep them in your prayers. They are a family with a servant's heart and love to provide a home for travelers and friends whenever possible.

This Saturday we will be celebrating Thanksgiving with Art's mom and step-dad. It will be nice to spend time with family, especially since we are not sure if we will be here next year to celebrate. I think for some reason everyone feels that this may be our "last" (I say that meaning our last for 4 years or so). While we were hoping to be gone before now I think it is really beginning to sink in that we could be on the field soon.
